Answer:The way to process goods order is: Please offer us the inquire infomation,include:Product name and Detail mode No,Purchase quanunity before send us inqurie.We will offer the proforma invoice (P/I) immediately after receiving buyer's order infomation, buyer confirm that all the details on the P/I are correct, then pay according to the payment term on the P/I, we will send out goods in four working days after we received payment,expect special model.
2.Would you offer free samples?
Answer:Normally the low cost goods (price don't more than USD5.00,such as:valve,parts) can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear a little shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,EMS,UPS courier account number to us.

4. How to ship your order?
